“Come to the edge,” he said.
“We can’t, we’re afraid!” they responded.
“Come to the edge,” he said.
“We can’t, We will fall!” they responded.
“Come to the edge,” he said.
And so they came.
And he pushed them.
And they flew.

Future’s Edge | Executive Coaching Edge |
Being at the future’s edge is about developing a unique understanding of how rapidly evolving trends in today’s globalising world impact business, the future of organisations and the future of work.
Our clients are realising that in order to stay at the cutting edge they may need to transform the shape of their business, how work is done and by whom. They need to make explicit connections between trends and shifts in the external environment and their business strategy as well as its execution. In our experience even the most successful organisations find it challenging to make those connections.
We are a specialist Organisation and Executive Development firm. Working in a systemic way and using our deep behavioural science expertise, we help organisations and their leaders connect the dots on strategy, people and their external context. We partner with leaders, change agents, internal OD practitioners or HR departments to enable them to navigate complexity and create transformational change.
All our work is bespoke.
In a world with rapidly evolving trends and the ensuing impact of these on organisational life, leaders are increasingly seeking their own competitive edge to deal with business and leadership challenges they face.
We are a specialist professional coaching firm.

I’ve been lucky to have benefitted from Maria’s coaching at various stages of my career, particularly when I became a partner. She has a remarkable ability to listen well, be patient, ask perceptive questions and challenge effectively. Very quickly she understood my situation, framed the issues really well and helped me to work out what I do. It was such a rewarding experience, in which I learnt more about myself. And it was enjoyable too!
